Hi, I’m Sara, a communications consultant with more than 15 years’ experience. I work with individuals and organisations to understand their communication challenges and objectives, identify what’s working and what could work better, and develop practical, measurable solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand the difference great communication can make. However, communications teams are often over-stretched, with many organisations relying on a ‘team of one’ to meet growing demands. Having the right support at the right time can make all the difference.

My career has included working across Defence and Aviation, supporting complex organisations where clear communication is critical. From Joint Force environments spanning land, sea and air, including a six-month detachment to the Falkland Islands, to leadership roles within the RAF and aviation sector, these experiences have shaped my calm, pragmatic and people-focused approach to communications.
